What is the Big River Poker Partnership Program?
The Big River Poker Partnership Program is aimed at website owners and webmasters who want to promote Big River Poker and earn money each time a new customer directed from their site plays at Big River Poker for real money. Big River Poker Partnership Program is free and easy to join and is monitored 24 hours a day.

How do I join Big River Poker Partnership Program?
First you must agree to our Operating Agreement terms, establish your unique click through URL(s), download Content, a Banner, or Text Links, display our ads on your website and link appropriately. Once this link has been created, we will begin to track the activity of any players directed from your links and you will officially be a member of Big River Poker Partnership Program.

Do you limit members to only one method of compensation?
Unlike most Affiliate Programs which try to fit you into their compensation program, Big River Poker Partnership Program let's you choose how you wish to be compensated:

. Percentage Net Revenue
Big River Poker understands that you know your clients best and therefore you should be able to pick the compensation method, which will give you the best return on investment, on a per URL basis.

How do I check on how much money I am do?
To view the current status of your referral account, please visit Revenue Statistics Page. Your stats will also include weekly summaries from previous periods. Your Big River Poker Partnership Program earnings will be credited into your account every month.

Is there a minimum monthly payment you can send?
We will make your payment every month as long as its $50 or more. If less than $50, total will carry forward to next month at which time we will pay once amount is over $50.

Why am I not being paid out for player "xyz"?
There are several reasons why you may not be receiving referral fees for a given client with the most common being: The referred customer is not a new user - i.e. this person already has history at Big River Poker. You (the website owner) have shared user information with the referred customer prompting us to view the newly referred customer as an old user of Big River Poker. The person did not click through the banner on your webpage (e.g. "word-of-mouth" referrals). Your banner is not linked to us correctly. In each of the above cases we do not pay referral fees. We do not assume any responsibility for lost referral fees due to an incorrectly linked banner or any of the reasons listed above. Finally, the player must meet normal account requirements or referral bonuses may be revoked.

What type of link has worked best for other affiliates?
Our affiliates that involve content, banners, and text links typically do best. But, if you wanted Big River Poker to pick one specific approach, it would be a content approach. Content affiliates are relatively new to the gambling business and seem to be especially effective. Our marketing research shows that people will return to see dynamic content again and again and viewers will eventually click-through to the wagering site. These 'involved' viewers typically join wagering companies much more frequently than 'non-involved' viewers.

How do I download a banner?
No need to download banners. The URLs you are provided "pull" banners and or content from our servers so that you do not have to hassle with downloads.

I forgot the username and/or password I registered with. What do I do?
You must either call our toll free Player Support Representatives at 1-800-653-9774 or send an email message to ana@Big River Poker and we will be happy to assist you.

If I want to speak to a live person prior to joining, is that possible?
Absolutely. Just call 1-800-653-9774 and ask to speak to an Affiliate Program representative.

Are there any fees or hidden costs associated with the Program?
No, absolutely not. It is free to sign up, free to promote and free to use our standard promotional materials.

What are the different Payment Plans and how do they differ?
As an Affiliate, you can select how you want to get paid. We have two different plans and here is how they differ:
a). Per Sign Up Plan means you will get paid $50 for every Player that opens an Account and makes a real money deposit (minimum $100) to their Account; or
b). Gross Revenue Percentage Share means you will get paid a commission on what the house makes from your Players based on their contribution to Monthly Gross Revenue, for the life of their Account, i.e., the bigger your Players, the bigger your revenue. How Big? Click here to see the potential.

How is Gross Revenue calculated?
Gross Revenue is calculated as the sum total of all Players' contribution to all "rakes" the Players were involved while playing at the Site, less any credits, bonus or promotional amounts given to Players, chargebacks or any uncollectable revenue attributable to the Player. Rake contributed by each player is defined as total rake for the game divided among the number of players in that particular game. For example, in a game with 10 players and $3 rake, each player gets assigned .30 rake contribution for that game. For more details, see the Affiliate Agreement.

How can I cash out my money?

Big River Poker understands that you know your clients best and therefore you should be able to pick the compensation method, which will give you the best return on investment. And, unlike most affiliate programs that try to hide what you have earned so that you will never collect, Big River Poker will calculate your earnings every month and roll your funds directly into your account so that you can see your profits grow. We can send you your commissions at your request via check,

Payments to you will be made within ten (10) days of the end of each month based on the following payment plan.

What is a Sign Up Bonus Code?
A Sign Up Bonus Code is 3 to 12 digit code that you select in the system. You can have one code or many. It can be numbers and/or letters and look something like "4Poker". Each code is unique and is assigned to a particular Affiliate; hence, when a Player signs up using one of your Sign Up Bonus Codes, the software automatically credits you for that Player.

What types of bonus offers can I use in my marketing materials to encourage Players to open an Account and make their first deposit using my Sign Up Bonus Code or Tracking URL?
Each time you activate a Sign Up Bonus Code or Tracking URL, you can select what type of bonus offer you want associated with it, or none.
PLEASE NOTE: Bonus Amounts given to Players are deducted in the calculation of Gross Revenue, and all Bonus Amounts are subject to Release Requirements which must be met before any Player can play with or cash out the Bonus Amount so as to prevent abuse. We have two standard sign up bonus offers that you can use:
- $25 sign up bonus (with $100 minimum deposit)
- 10% sign up bonus (with $50 minimum deposit)

What if I have a great idea that you can use at Big River Poker? How do I get paid my $25 if my idea is actually used at the site?

Do I need to offer Players a bonus incentive to encourage them to sign up?
If you are promoting offline using a Sign Up Bonus Code, we strongly recommend that you use a special promotional offer in your marketing material to encourage Players to enter your code when signing up. If they do not enter a code, we will not be able to track the Player back to you.
If you are using a Tracking URL for online promotions, you do NOT need to offer your Players a special promotional offer to sign up, although it will help encourage Players to join (your conversion ratios will increase); however the Bonus Amounts given to Players are deducted from the calculation of Monthly Gross Revenue so be cautious.

Where do Players enter Sign Up Bonus Codes?
Players enter their Sign Up Bonus Code on the Open Account screen which is the same screen where they first select their Account Name and Password to the site. Once entered, the system will automatically record the code to give the Player the Bonus Amount when they make their first real money deposit to their Account.
Players can use their Account to play the free games, but must make a real money deposit in order to play the cash games or tournaments. You will only receive payment on Players that open an Account and make real money deposit(s) to their Accounts.

What is a Tracking URL?
A Tracking URL is used for online promotions. It looks like this http://www.Big River Poker/index.htm?wm=2000616 and you link your banners or text links through it. Each Tracking URL is unique so when a Player enters the site through one of your Trackers, we credit that Player to your marketing account.
When using a Tracking URL, there is no reason for the Player to also enter a Sign Up Bonus Code because we automatically know it came from you.

What is a Deposit Bonus Code and how is it different from a Sign Up Bonus Code?
A Sign Up Bonus Code is to encourage Players to sign up and make their initial deposit, whereas a Deposit Bonus Code is to encourage Players to make additional deposits. Unlike Sign Up Bonus Codes, the Deposit Codes are entered on the Deposit Screens, not the Open Account Screen.
Generally Deposit Bonus Codes are only used internally by Big River Poker to mail to existing Players to stimulate deposits and increase actions at the tables.

How do I activate multiple codes and Trackers?
You can activate as many Trackers as you want. To activate multiple Trackers, you will need to first sign up as an Affiliate at http://www.Big River Poker/affiliates/sign_up_form.htm. Then go to Affiliate Login at http://www.Big River Poker/affiliates/login.htm and login using your Affiliate ID and Password. Click 'Activate Additional Trackers' and simply complete the form and submit to activate your Trackers. Each time you activate a new Tracker, you can select a particular payment type and a particular bonus offer for each Tracker.

How do I know how many Players have signed up or how much money I am making?
Easy, our state of the art marketing system, allows you to login anytime, from anywhere, and see your statistics in real time, right up to the minutes. You can run the reports tracker by tracker, or in summary, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. See how your Sub-Affiliates are doing too. To access your stats, go to Affiliate Login, login using your Affiliate ID and Password and click 'Reports'

When do I receive my money and what payment options do I have?
When you register for the Partnership Program, you indicate what your preferred payment method will be. We currently offer payments via Neteller, PrePaidATM, or we can deposit to your poker account. Payments are sent within 10 days of the close of each month. For example, the payment for January 1-31, will be sent to you by February 10.
Payments less than $50 will be held over until the total due you is more than $50 and then sent to you.
